Today I got my feedback from Nick Gilbert, the fragrance industry specialist who reviewed my presentation. His feedback had been what I was most worried about, since I am awful at speaking during presentations, whether its individual or a group one, and I felt I should've been more prepared for my pitch last week.
Personally, I would say I needed to improve on my outcomes. I didn't make any mock-ups, and so it was hard to visualise what I was trying to sell. I also needed to be more prepared - practising once over isn't enough, as I still stuttered my whole way through and even ran out of time! 🤦♀️
Nevertheless, Nick's feedback was great to hear and has definitely given me a new sense of confidence for my own work in the future. I am also so very proud of myself for actually going ahead and doing the presentation live, since many people seemed to just pre-record theirs. I pushed myself completely out of my comfort zone, and it has definitely made me more confident for future presentations.

I'm so happy he understood exactly what my brand stood for, how they wanted to help, and what they are selling, as I honestly thought I'd just waffled through my presentation! I'm definitely going to be taking everything on board, and I'm grateful we were given the opportunity to have an industry specialist involved.
