New York on Film

So I finally got my disposable cameras developed from my trip to New York and although the majority of pics didn't even work properly I still love them so much! There is something about having to go and get pictures developed which is so much more special and exciting than just taking them on your phone and rarely looking back at them.

I hate how nowadays real, physical photo albums barely exist as everything is just digital. I miss when you'd take one picture and deal with it, rather than about 100 to pick the 'perfect' one - or mess about on an editing app to get rid of imperfections (we are all guilty of this).

Instead of getting them printed directly, I took my USB to Max Spielberg in Nottingham and got them sent onto that. This was so I could get only the good pictures printed, rather than wasting money on black blurry/fuzzy ones.

I know I'll always look back on these when I'm older and I am definitely going to start using them more now as I was more thoughtful of the pictures I captured - making the memories more clear / meaningful... 🤗
